Google One is Google’s premium cloud storage and membership service, offering expanded storage across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos — along with added benefits like enhanced security features and premium support.

Please see further information on available plans at one.google.com/plans – click "more options" for an expanded list. The Google Play gift card provided to you, to unlock your chosen plan, is available for UK only.

With this Pot, you can unlock a Google One Premium Annual Plan by depositing the required amount into your Stoa account. For example, a £1,625 deposit unlocks a Google One Premium (2 TB) annual plan, giving you 12 months of expanded storage, advanced backup tools, and exclusive Google One features.

Your deposit is held securely for 12 months. Thirty days before your Pot is due to mature, you’ll have two options:

  • Renew for another 12-month term (you may need to adjust your deposit amount based on the latest Perk value), or

  • Withdraw your deposit once the 12-month term has elapsed.

Redemption Instructions

For New Google One Users

  1. Redeem your Google Play gift card credit to your account by going to play.google.com/redeem and following the on-screen instructions (ensure that you are logged in to the account you intend to redeem the credit to).

  2. Go to one.google.com/plans and select the chosen plan for which you have a relevant Perk for. If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to sign in. If you cannot see your plan immediately, click "more options" at the bottom for an expanded view.

  3. In the payment window, tap the right-arrow symboland ensure your Google Play balance is turned on.

  4. Proceed with the payment – when you are charged, Google will draw down from your Google Play balance before charging your card. Don't worry – provided that your Google Play balance is sufficient (which it should be from the Google Play gift card provided to you), your linked card will not be charged.

For Existing Google One Users

  1. If you are already paying for the plan which you have chosen, the only action you need to take is as follows:

    1. Redeem your Google Play gift card to your Google account.

    2. In your Google One account, navigate to Settings and click 'Change payment method'. This should open your Google Play account in a new tab.

    3. In your Google Play account, click 'Payment methods' and ensure that your Google Play balance is displaying the amount you have redeemed. Google will always draw down from your Google Play balance before charging your linked card.

    If you are an existing Google One user but are not on the plan for which you have chosen:

    1. Go to one.google.com/plans (similar to new users).

    2. Select the plan for which you have a Perk for.

    3. Click Upgrade on the relevant plan. Similar to the new user flow, ensure that your Google Play balance is active by following the right-arrow symboland then

      and checking to see if your Google Play balance is turned on.

    4. Proceed with the plan change by clicking Subscribe.
