How do I set up Two Factor Authentication (2FA)?
After you Sign Up for an account and are logged in, you can enable 2FA by clicking your account icon in the top-right corner, and selecting Security.
How we contact you
Email and in-app chat: We primarily get in touch with you via email (from [email protected] or [email protected]) or the in-app chat.
SMS: We may send you an SMS, but these will only ever direct you to log in to the app. They will never contain a link.
What we will never ask for
Your password, PIN, or any other login details.
Your personal or financial information via email or text.
We will never ask you to click a link in an email or text message to log in to your account.
